Education

Recite Films supports the need for digital arts Education and has been involved in delivering animation and filmmaking workshops for teachers in schools, in partnership with Moray Council’s Arts Development Team.

Digital arts plays an important role in education and hence Recite Films welcomes any enquiries to facilitate creative digital workshops in schools and in the local community.

Other education projects:

• Transforming Transitions – mentored school pupils on day release at Moray College in filming their experience across many different subject areas, via flipcamera. The culmination of 2009 – 2010 academic year’s footage was edited and presented in a 40 min film.
• National Progression Award in Stone Masonry – compiled bitesize clips for upload to Blackboard for student resource, highlighting the different methods of stone masonry, e.g. pointing and picking, lime cycle and plastering.
